Positions currently needed at CSR: M-PHIA Study

 

Field Supervisors (25)

Functions

Among others, field supervisors will be expected to perform the following functions:

  • Participate in the training of supervisors, HTC counselors and enumerators

  • Lead a team of 4 enumerators during household listing and field data collection

  • Maintain a record of all field procedures and occurences and make timely reports to the CSR Zone Coordinators and the Team Leader

  • Review and download interviews from enumerators and when statisfied, upload all the interviews to the cloud server on a daily basis

  • Upload to the CSR website a summary of interviews conducted according to prescibed format on a daily basis

  • Procure fuel for your field vehicle

 

Qualifications

  • BSc in health or Social Science related fields. Those with Master Degrees will have added advantage

  • Must have conducted or participated in at least five field-based research studies. Those that can demostrate previous used of tablets for data collection will have added advantage

  • Must have been field supervisor in not less that five studies
